Broken Arrow High School (BAHS) football program reached the state championship game twice, in 2002 and in 2011. In 2002, Broken Arrow, coached by Rick Jones, set a then-school record for most victories (11) in a single season and revamped many categories in the Tiger record books. Nine years later, with Steve Spavital in his second year as head coach, the Tigers became the winningest team in a single season by going 12-2 and was the highest scoring (586 points) team in school history.
In 1954, Broken Arrow was 9-0-1, the last team to go unbeaten, but the state did not allow playoffs that season.
BAHS has missed the playoffs just once since 1992 and has reached at the least second round 12 times
